Refund policy

Because you can preview every premium template with your own details before paying, most people know exactly what they’re getting. If something still goes wrong, we’ll make it right.

When we refund

• You were charged but couldn’t download your template.
• You were charged twice for the same purchase.
• The downloaded file was broken or didn’t match the preview, and we couldn’t fix it.

How to ask

Email hello@biodataformarriage.co within 7 days of purchase with your payment reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
